We have been looking for a building to use as a hay barn and tack room. Every place we've gone to the salesman/women were rude and not very helpful. Then I ran across a marketplace ad. That's where I met Christy Hinton Malham and her husband from Hinton Wooten and Metal Buildings. They met with us on Sunday in the rain at the brand new Dunn location. We looked at 3 buildings and purchased the 10x16 wooden lofted barn. Christy and her husband were so great, She walked around the lot with us thru the mud, we felt like very important people not just another customer. I needed a building for my embroidery business and just couldn't find the "right" one until our neighbor told us about Hinton buildings! What a wonderful group of people to work with. There buildings are top notch with no hidden costs! My Husband is very fussy and he approved of there buildings! We ended up ordering a 14' x 40' building with the playhouse package. I just purchased a carport garage. If anyone is needing a carport , outside building and found out they will sale u a tiny home also. Wow . The plans for those homes are so cute.
THIS is the place to go. Why waste your time, and Gas going to other metal building companies, when you can just come here first to Hinton Wooden and Metal Buildings, and get what you need at a better price. Excellent customer service, they will sit down and explain everything in detail so you will know exactly what your buying.

They take the time a really give customers what they need and want. They go through options to make sure you get what you want. We were 99.9% sure we would need to be a build on site due to our backyard but they sent out their driver before we even purchased a building just to make sure. The customer service at Hinton Buildings is phenomenal! I called late one afternoon to price out a building that was on the lot. We needed a shed as soon as possible but hadn't found exactly what we wanted and didn't have time for a custom order. We custom ordered a size building the had not dealt with and we expected it to be 2-3 weeks. Well it was 2-3 days and they called to deliver. a couple of days later the crew showed up and BAM! building was up. The one thing i would like to mention is that Im a SUPER shopper and Hinton had the best price BY FAR, in fact it wasn't even close. They are polite, efficient and accommodating. Next building, Hinton will be building it!

We finalized everything and the building was delivered right on schedule and was exactly what we wanted. My husband and I looked near and far for a "carport" cover for our new camper. We learned so much especially the difference between a certified shelter and not certified. 24x41x14 travel trailer, tow vehicle, shop and storage.
We had settled on a local company in WNC. Then the shut down happened 😷 and our slab took longer and put the build date back. I came across Hinton Wooden and Metal Buildings on Facebook. I gave Christy a call. After several emails and phone calls, her quote was $3k 🤑 less and that was with 2 additional windows and insulation in roof, above the local company. The response time from Christy with emails and getting info back was very impressive to me.😁 I had a question about the installers having insurance, she gave me the manufacturer’s # (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and I had my answer and COI by the end of day. 😁the manufacturer took less time to put it together and schedule than she had said. The installers (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) showed up 4 hrs early. 😊 4 guys worked very hard all day and into the night. They came back the next day put the roof on and some trim and finished.
There are a lot of metal building company out there. I know because I got quotes from about 15-20 of them. Christy & Ryan (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)are the real deal.

I purchased a 14x40 shell and made a "tiny" home for 2 of my boys! Christy went out of her way helping making this come to fruition. We only had 30 days to get out of my house and have something in place. I told Christy what I was looking for and she made it happen. The contractor at J Construction was PHENOMENAL!! He and his crew worked so hard and diligently. They cleaned up after themselves, painted and put carpet down all in a 2 week time frame!! Love my 12x24 "man cave". The company Hinton Buildings uses to build these barns is top notch. My barn was custom ordered and delivered in just over two weeks. Price was very fair, financing easy, and setup a breeze.

I can't exactly say how much I enjoyed my building experience. I really do appreciate the care that I was given through this process. My building is now on my property and I could not be more pleased. This exceeded the expectations I had, and I have unreasonably high expectations! I chose my building and then had a lot of special requests, so many more that my building had to be built on my property. I was expecting everything to go wrong... but nothing did. Everything went without a hitch. It was absolutely amazing!

We bought my daughters tiny home from Christy last fall. It did take longer to get to us then we were told (but they have a new and better company now) but we got exactly what we wanted. My daughter got the best flooring, best joists, upgraded porch, Ext. She's been living in her home since November of 2016. I would definitely recommend them!
