Dunn #8: 10 X 16 Utility with Extra Height

What great people to work with. We had a problem with my paperwork and not only did they own up to the mistake but made it right. It's great to see a company that takes care of its customers when things go wrong. Great experience overall and honest people with a quality product.

After poor customer service at another dealer, I looked at the review for Hinton Wooden & Metal Buildings - Dunn and the first thing I read was something like “we drove in the driveway and they came out to greet us”. That is EXACTLY what happened when my husband and I drove into the driveway. Mark has outstanding customer service skills. He was able to gently guide us through the process of buying a great little barn, complete with a front porch (they call it the Playhouse). It was affordable and the process was easy from purchase to delivery (David, the delivery man was phenomenal too). We actually just got back from purchasing a carport also. Can’t say enough good about Mark and Hinton Wooden & Metal Buildings. Don’t look anywhere else:-) More to say:-). After such great service and professionalism with our barn, we decided to get a metal carport too. The installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job of placing the carport on our prepared pad. They worked with us to be sure it was in the correct spot and watching the process was truly fascinating. We now have a great carport that will be there for a very long time.
