Jamie contacted me and we went over the design thru email and made a couple changes to the design. I brought them my deposit and within a few weeks the installers came and put it up. My building was a year old when I purchased it and I have had it 4 months so far and still can not find any fault in the build quality. I did the rent to own 90 days same as cash even though I had already planned to get my own financing, I did this trying to make sure no one else purchased it before I could get it financed. I was a little skeptical looking at reviews I seen on the rent to own agency but it all turned out ok and I financed it through my bank and paid off the rent to own agency with no issues. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Hinton Buildings but get my own financing first and pay them in full at time of purchase. The guys that set it up and tied it down did an awesome job.
