What Are Your Metal Building Foundation Requirements?

All of our buildings can be anchored to the ground, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. If you choose to have the building anchored on the ground or gravel, we ask that the ground is as level as possible.

For concrete, the foundation needs to be a 4″ monolithic slab with 12in x 12in footings and to the size of your building. We do not supply concrete, but we do give you the concrete pad engineered drawing page with multiple concrete companies previous customer have recommended.
