Hinton Buildings, Inc, Old Hickory Buildings and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for more information. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery.

Delivery & Setup

Free setup and delivery include leveling the building, starting with one corner at ground level and raising it up to a maximum of 2 feet. If leveling requires one foot or less, pressure-treated wood may be used. Otherwise, the customer may supply concrete blocks, or our delivery drivers can provide them for a fee (check with the driver for prices). Free delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Anything over 30 miles may result in additional charges, which are to be paid directly to the delivery driver.

Credit Card Fee

Please note: our pricing reflects a discount for paying with cash or check.  Should a customer choose to use a debit or credit card to purchase or rent a building, a 3% fee will be added to whatever amount is charged.
